Arrêté du ministre des affaires locales et de l’environnement et du ministre de l’industrie et des petites et moyennes entreprises du 26 mars 2018 fixant les valeurs limites des concentrations des paramètres physicochimiques et bactériologique des rejets d’effluents dans le milieu récepteur présentées dans l’annexe 1. Sont abrogées les dispositions antérieures contraires au présent arrêté et notamment l’arrêté du ministre de l'économie nationale du 20 juillet 1989, portant homologation de la norme tunisienne relative aux rejets d’effluents dans le milieu hydrique.

Order of the Minister of Local Affairs and the Environment and the Minister of Industry and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises of 26 March 2018 setting the limit values for the concentrations of the physicochemical and bacteriological parameters of effluent discharges into the receiving environment presented in appendix 1. The previous provisions contrary to this order are repealed, and in particular the order of the Minister of the National Economy of July 20, 1989, approving the Tunisian standard relating to the discharge of effluents into the water environment.
