Note 1: The main objective is to establish a monitoring program that can effectively manage the risks of each individual system in a process, and establish effective procedures to react to excursions of critical control points to ensure end-product quality.

منهجية منظمة التي تميز وتراجع المخاطر  على طوال فترة العملية وتحديد نقاط التحكم الحرجة مما يساعد في التمكن بوضع التدابير الوقائية أو تحديد نقاط الضبط  للتحكم فيها لضمان جودة المنتج.

ملاحظة 1:الهدف الرئيسي هو وضع برنامج مراقبة يمكنه إدارة المخاطر لكل نظام  بشكل منفصل وفعال في عملية ما، ووضع إجراءات فعالة على طول العملية العلاجية لنقاط المراقبة الحرجة لضمان جودة المنتج النهائي.
